• Payment information: when you pay by card, your payment is processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe). We receive confirmation of payment but do not see or store your full card number.
• Communications: messages, enquiries and feedback you send us, and notes relevant to your booking.
• Job applicants: if you apply to join our team, we collect the information you provide in the application (such as contact details, right-to-work and self-employment details, experience and references) to assess your application.
• Website & technical data: basic information such as your device and usage of our website, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see section 6).

3. How we use your information

• To provide, arrange and manage your cleaning service and bookings.
• To take payment and send you confirmations, invoices and receipts.
• To communicate with you about your booking and respond to enquiries.
• To assess and process applications from people who want to clean with us.
